At Organics Ocean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your organic apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original eco-friendly tags attached into the original biodegradable shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided through our portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
